Her roles have focused on providing financial, strategic and operational advisory capabilities in various situations, including lender advisory, balance sheet restructurings, operational turnarounds, Chapter 11 bankruptcy, receiverships, unsecured creditors committee, liquidating trustees, litigation advisory and business valuation services.

Before joining Huron, Agatha served as a member of Grant Thornton’s restructuring and turnaround advisory group and a financial planning and strategy specialist at a Fortune 500 bank. Agatha started her career with Ford Motor Company in the Office of General Counsel State and Local Tax Audits, Appeals and Litigation division.

Agatha holds a Master of Business Administration from Walsh College of Accountancy and a bachelor’s degree of business administration in finance from the University of Michigan. She is also a certified insolvency and restructuring adviser (CIRA) and a Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) registered representative with Series 63 and Series 79 licenses.
