Throughout her career, Jennifer has led teams to increase patient satisfaction scores above the 90th percentile in inpatient, outpatient, ambulatory surgery and emergency departments. She has also developed employee engagement strategies that have reduced turnover by 18% in a three-year period.

Prior to her time with Huron, Jennifer held numerous executive roles, including as chief executive officer of Ernest Health’s New Braunfels Regional Rehabilitation Hospital and chief operating officer of McKenna Health System. She is also a fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives.
