Penelope has more than a decade of experience collaborating with healthcare leadership teams to improve accountability in order to enhance patient care and organizational outcomes. She has worked with organizations across care settings, from critical access hospitals to large health systems, to establish and align metrics around leader accountability.

Penelope currently leads Huron’s next level partnership team, overseeing client relationships. Over the course of her career, she has guided healthcare organizations to implement and maximize adoption of software solutions to increase physician alignment and elevate the patient experience. She has also specialized in helping leadership teams manage the impact care transition calls can have on preventable readmissions and HCAHPS.
