With her extensive leadership experience in the hospital and healthcare industry, Eileen leads clients through large-scale improvements in clinical, ancillary, and support services, yielding expense savings ranging from 10%-25%. Eileen has provided clinical and service line leadership for several large-scale mergers and acquisitions of health and hospital systems as well as payor and post-acute care. She has been instrumental in leading the development of innovative operating models, rationalizing programs and services, and driving efficiencies — resulting in strategic growth, improved access, continuity, and an exceptional patient experience.

Eileen focuses on strategic program development designed to improve services, processes, compliance, financial performance, and patient outcomes. Eileen earned her doctorate of nursing practice from Rush University, her Master of Science from Northern Illinois University, and her Bachelor of Science in nursing from the University of Illinois. She is a registered professional nurse.
